Ingredients:

60 dkg maki razowej chlebowej
10 dkg maki pszennej chlebowej
2 lyzeczki suchych drozdzy
2 lyzeczki soli
2 lyzeczki miekkiego masla
1 lyzeczka miodu (lub cukru)
450 ml cieplej wody

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie:

Make przesiac do duzej miski, dodac sol, drozdze i wymieszac lyzka. Dodac miod, maslo, wode i wyrabiac przez kilka minut, az ciasto bedzie elastyczne. Przykryc sciereczke i zostawic w cieplym miejscu do wyrosniecia na 45-60 minut.
Ciasto ponownie wyrobic przez kilka minut, podzielic na dwie czesci. Uformowac okragle chlebki i umiescic na wysmarowanej maslem blaszce lub w keksowce. Przykryc i zostawic na kolejne pol godzinki az podwoi objetosc. Chlebek mozna posmarowac rozmaconym jajkiem i posypac dowolnymi ziarnami.

Piec 30-35 minut w temp 200 stopni.

zamiast drozdzy suchych ile swiezych ??

majas5 swiezych drozdzy dajemy 2 razy tyle co suchych. To bedzie jakies 2 dkg. Pozdrawiam!
