Zupa serowa

Ingredients:

- 2 duże serki topione (ziołowy i śmietankowy)
- 1 por
- 1 duża cebula
- czosnek
- pieczarki
- mięso mielone
- sól
- pieprz
- gałka muszkatołowa
- przyprawa do mięsa mielonego
- makaron
- śmietana
- kostka rosołowa

Prepare instructions:

Smażymy na patelni mięso + cebulę + czosnek (dodac na końcu
bo będzie gorzki) pora (częśc biała) pieczarki (trzeba pamiętac, że są dobre kiedy puszczą wodę i ona się wygotuje). Osobno gotujemy wodę, dodajemy to co było na patelni + kostkę rosołową. Potem wyłączamy gaz (UWAGA nie może wrzec) i dodajemy serki. Mieszamy aż się roztopią. Dodajemy śmietanę, makaron i przyprawiamy (magii, gałka, przyprawa do mielonego, sól, pieprz, ewentualnie mąka jak za mało gęste ale nie powinno) Zupa pyszna! Polecam:)

ja mam takie pytanko... jak smakuje zupa z mięsem mielonym?? nigd takiej nie jadłam i ciekawi mnie jak to jest gdy na makaron polewa sie takie mięsko z zupy :)))

Pyszna zupa, bardzo syta, dodaje jeszcze marchewke ;-)
