1 kg ziemniaków
0,5 kg pieczarek
2 cebule
0,5 kg piesi z kurczaka
0,5 kg mrożonego kalafioru
0,5 kg możonego brokułu
0,3 kg sera żółtego
sól
śmietanę około 0,5 litra
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Kroimy ziemniaki w talarki i obgotowujemy w osolonej wodzie. Pieczarki kroimy według uznania,
Cebulkę kroimy jak najdrobniej,
Pieczarki i cebulkę smażymy na małym ogniu,
pierś z kurczaka kroimy w kostkę i podsmażamy
pieczarki z cebulką przekładamy do garnka i dolewamy śmietankę doprawiamy do smaku i gotujemy na małym ogniu aż zgęstnieje śmietanka,
Przekładamy ziemniaki do wysmarowanego masłem naczynia żaroodpornego na to podsmażoną pierś z kurczaka i ugotowane warzywka czyli brokuł i kalafior, zalewamy gęstym sosem i wkładamy do nagrzanego piekarnika. Pieczemy 20 minut w 200 stopniach w połowie pieczenia posypujemy zapiekankę serem żółtym.

Ja podaję z sosem czosnkowym.

Ja użyłam śmietany 18% z Piątnicy, nie zważyła się i w mojej zapiekance był tylko brokuł Naprawdę smaczna, polecam.
