sernik z wiórkami kokosowymi

Ingredients:

ciasto:
20 dkg masła roślinnego
1 jajko
1\2 szklanki cukru
1 1\2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
2 szklanki mąki pszennej

masa serowa:
75dkg do 1 kg twarogu
4 żółtka + 1 całe jajko
1 szklanka cukru
2 budynie śmietankowe
1 szklanka mleka
1 1\2 szklanki oleju

kruszonka:
20 dkg wiórek kokosowych
2 łyżeczki cukru
2 łyżeczki masła
1 żółtko

Prepare instructions:

1). składniki na ciasto zagnieść dodając 2-3 łyżki smietany, wyłożyć spód blachy
2). składniki na masę serową wymieszać na gładką masę. Na końcu dodać pianę z 4 jaj z 2 łyżeczkami cukru i olejek śmietankowy
3). składniki na kruszonkę zagnieść w misce

Na spód ciasta wylać masę serową, na masę posypać kruszonkę. piec ok. 1 godziny

Niestety, ale mimo smakowitej nazwy ciasto moim zdaniem nic w sobie nie ma... Jednym słowem przepis jednorazowego użytku ;(

heh... a chociaż robiłaś\eś te ciasto ze taki komentarz wystawiasz? ja uważam że jest to bardzo pyszny sernik i niejednorazowego użytku, robiłam go już wiele razy i dalej mam zamiar

Są gusty i guściki, ja robię podobny albo może nawet identyczny /nie porównywałam przepisów/ i jest bardzo dobry. Polecam!

pynia 65 - sądzę, że twój sernik jest bardzo dobry. Jadłam niedawno takie ciasto u znajomej i bardzo mi smakowało. Zapisuję w ulubionych. :)))
