Ingredients:

Spod sernika:
1 szklanka pokruszonych drobno biszkoptow
2 lyzki rozpuszczonego masla

Masa serowa:
750g serka kremowego (ja uzylam philadelphia)
3 galaretki agrestowe
250ml goracej wody
Rodzynki (opcjonalnie, jesli uzywamy trzeba je namoczyc w goracej wodzie przez 15 minut)

Wierzch:
2 galaretki malinowe
500ml goracej wody

Prepare instructions:

> Biszkopty polaczyc z rozpuszczonym maslem na papke i wylozyc dno tortownicy
>Galaretki agrestowe rozpuscic w 250ml goracej wody i poczekac az ostygnie
> Do duzej miski wlozyc ser, miksowac robotem az bedzie gladki i stopniowo dodac ostudzona galaretke. Jak wszystko sie dobrze polaczy dodac odcedzone rodzynki i chwile miksowac
> Mase serowa wlewamy do tortownicy (na papke biszkoptowa) i wkladamy do lodowki
> W tym czasie rozpuszczamy galaretki malinowe w 500ml goracej wody i czekamy az ostygnie. Scinajaca sie galaretke wylac na wierzch masy serowej i z powrotem do lodowki do calkowitego sciecia sie galaretki

I takim sposobem wykombinowalam inny sernik ktory wszystkim bardzo smakowal.
