Miodowe żeberka

Ingredients:

4-5 sztuk ładnych, nietłustych mocno żeberek

zalewa:
duża łyżka miodu
2-3 łyżeczki musztardy
vegeta
pieprz
słodka papryka
łyżeczka oliwy z oliwek

duża cebula
2-3 ząbki czosnku
szczypta curry
1 papryka

Prepare instructions:

Żeberka opłukać wodą. Z podanych obok składników zrobić klarowną zalewę, włożyć w nią mięsko i dobrze wymieszać, żeby każde żebro było "zalane" ;) Pozostawić w naczyniu na co najmniej 3-4 godziny.

Na patelni zeszklić cebulke z czosnkiem. Dodać pokrojoną w kosteczkę paprykę. Następnie wyłożyć żeberka i zalać resztą pozostałej w naczyniu zalewy. Posypać szczyptą curry i dusić po przykryciem na małym ogniu, aż mięsko będzie miękkie. Od czasu do czasu przewracać żebra, żeby każda strona była równo podduszona.

Podawać z ryżem lub kaszą kus-kus, polanymi sosem z duszenia.

Mnie średnio smakowały, raczej więcej ich nie zrobię, ale to oczywiście kwestia smaku :-)Pozdrawiam

Ja Zrobiłem ostatnio i wyszły w takim smaku jak myślałem. lekko słodkawe, bardzo dobre Pozdrawiam

Żeberka pyszne, nawet ja która nie lubi żeberek i miodu też je jem. Mężowi smakują bardzo. Ja je trzymam w zalewie całą noc.
