Kotlety mielone z mięsa i kapusty cukrowej

Ingredients:

Składniki: 1,2 kg kapusty cukrowej 30 dag wieprzowiny bez kości 1 cebula 1 jajko 2-3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej kilka łyżek tartej bułki sól, pieprz tłuszcz

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę obrać z uszkodzonych liści, wypłukać, pokroić w kostkę. Włożyć do garnka i zalać dwoma szklankami wrzącej wody, posolić. Gotować prawie do miękkości przez 20 min. Cebulę obrać, posiekać, lekko zrumienić na łyżce tłuszczu. Kapustę odcedzić i odcisnąć. Mięso umyć, pokroić, zemleć razem z cebulą i kapustą. Do masy dodać jajko, sól, mąkę i szczyptę pieprzu, wyrobić. Z masy uformować kotlety, każdy obtoczyć w tartej bułce. Kotlety obsmażyć z obu stron na rozgrzanym tłuszczu (na dużym ogniu, potem zmniejszyć płomień). Smażyć na jasnozłoty kolor.

Ja również robię takie kotlety z kapustą ale nie gotuję jej a siekam bardzo drobniutko i dodaje duzo czosnku.Kotlety smaże bez panierki .rumienie z obu stron ,ą nastepnie wkładam je do rondla z woda i przyprawami ,robie słodko winny sos pomidorowy i dusze przez 15 minut na wolnym ogniu.
