Ingredients:

Ciasto:
1 kostka margaryny
1 szk. cukru
5 jaj
2 szk. mąki tortowej
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
2 - 3 łyżki kakao
1 kg. jabłek (mogą być inne owoce np. wiśnie )

MASA:
1 masło
1 cukier waniliowy
3 szk. mleka
2 budynie śmietankowe - ugotować na mleku i ostudzić

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę + cukier miksować, dodając po jednym jajku. Następnie dodać mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem do pieczenia. Ciasto podzielić na 2 części. Na tortownicę wyłożyć jedną część ciasta białego, a do drugiej dodać kakao (można także do części kakaowej dodac trochę rumu ). Na białe ciasto kłaść łyżką ciasto z kakao.
Jabłka obrać i pokroić na ćwiartki. Poukładać na cieście, mocno uciskać jabłka w ciasto.
Pieczemy do uzyskania złotego koloru 45 minut. w temp. 180 - 200 stopni. Ciasto ostudzić.

Masa: ucieramy masło z cukrem waniliowym, dodajemy stopniowo ugotowany i ostudzony budyń. Do masy można dodać pół kieliszka wódki.
Masę układamy na wystudzonym cieście. Posypujemy na wierzchu kakao.

Mam taki sam przepis. Ciasto jest bardzo smaczne ja swoje polewam polewą czekoladową i posypuje siekanymi orzechami i kolorową posypką. Jest wtedy jeszcze bardziej ciekawe wizualnie i smakowo. Pozdrawiam.
