3 dag drożdzy
1 łyżeczka cukru
1łyżeczka mleka
1 jajko
3 szklanki mąki

Masa:
1 i 1/2 kostki masła
25 dag cukru
1/4 szklanki wody
3 żóltka
kakao według uznania
alkohol hmm do smaku
.

Prepare instructions:

z podanych składników zagnieść ciasto jak na pierogi /dodająć oczywiście mąkę/, rozwłkować też tak jak na pierogi, lieteratką wycinać ciastka, w połowie wycinać dziurki kieliszkiem /ja wycinam nakrętką od napoju ale jak ktoś ma to lepiej naparstkiem/, upiec na złoty kolor

masło utrzeć z żółtkami.Cukier zagotować z wodą, wystudzony dodawać do masy, dodać kakao według uznania i alkohol,

Ciastka smarować masą i łączyć po dwa /jedno z dziurką jedno bez/ posypac cukrem pudrem.

Ile wychodzi z tej porcji ciasteczek? Nie musi być dokładnie. 1 czy 2 blachy?
