Uparłam sie i zrobiłam jeszcze raz i wyszło, okazało sie że prawdopodobnie za długo ogrzewałam żelatynę z glukozą:)

Witam podziwam Wasze dzieła. W sobotę i ja się wziełam za tort, co prawda to nie był mój pierwszy tort ale pierwszy dekorowany masą cukrową. Robiłam tort z tego przepisu: http://www.wielkiezarcie.com/recipe42993.html tylko z innymi owocami (Dorotaxx biszkopt pierwsza klasa) ale problem pojawił się przy masie cukrowej-robiał ją również według przepisu który był podany do tortu i lipa, robiłam 2 razy i masa wyszła strasznie gumowa, nie mogłam jej rozciągnąć w rękach ani dobrze wyrobić-nie mam pojęcia co zrobiłam nie tak. Wkońcu zrobiłam po swojemu z cukru pudru i żelatyny bez glukozy. Wiecie może co mogłam zrobić źle?i jaka rozle pełni glukoza?
