czy to jest z ta metka dobre i smakuje podobnie do miesa mielonego?

gdyby nie było dobre, to bym tu nie umieściła.

"Wyższość" metki nad mielonym polega na tym, że jest podwędzana, albo ma ten swoisty smaczek wędliny (nie wiem jak to opisać). W każdym razie metka nie smakuje jak zwykłe mielone mięso.
