Bardzo dobry, bo też taki robię :) ....ale najlepiej zrobić własny zakwas na żurek ....a nie z butelki ....wtedy to jest całkiem inny smak i o wiele zdrowiej :)....pozdrawiam i jak najbardziej polecam :)
