A nie lepiej zetrzec surowe buraki i gotowac razem z przyprawami i mięsem? Pod koniec jak wywar zakwasisz to będzie miał piękny czerwony kolor i super smak, a tak wcześniej ugotowane osobno buraki, tracą smak i barszcz nie ma koloru.
