ucierane ciasto drożdzowe z owocami

Ingredients:

JEST TO CIASTO NIETYPOWE<RADZĘ UPIEC I OCENIĆ<<<<<

2 szklanki mąki
3 dkg drożdzy
2 żółtka
1/2 szklanki kwaśnego mleka lub kefiru
5 dkg masła
3 łyżki oleju
15 dkg cukru
cynamon,szczypta soli
owoce; 1/2 kg

mogą być śliwki,pokrojone jabłka, rabarbaar, brzoskwinie itd.

Prepare instructions:

Z drożdzy,1 łyżki cukru,1łyżki mąki i 1łyżki kwaśnego mleka zrobić rozczyn,pozostawić w ciepłym miejscu do wyrośnięcia.Zółtka,cukier i sól ucieramy mikserem,na pulchną masę.Do mąki wlewamy rozczyn i utarte żółtka.Ucierając dalej wlewamy resztę mleka oraz roztopionne letnio-ciepłe masło,oraz olej.Ucieramy do chwili,gdy powstanie jednolita,lśniąca masa.Wlewamy ciasto na dużą blachę <25-39 cm.>posmarowaną tłuszczem i posypaną bułką tartą.Na cieście ułożyć owoce,posypać cynamonem i odstawić na 30 min. do wyrośnięcia.Pieczemy w temp.200 C.na złoty kolor.Jeszcze ciepły posypać pudrem.

Lubię bardzo ciasto drożdżowe,ale nie lubię go wyrabiać rękami - po prostu nie mam do tego talentu,a ten przepis jest chyba
wymyślony dla mnie,więc będę próbować go w najbliższym czasie.Pozdrawiam.

w przepisie piszesz o śmietanie natomiast w wykonaniu o mleku, więc co ma być, przepis prosty i mam nadzieję że udany

tereso młynarska żle przeczytałaś przepis ,w przepisie nie ma mowy o śmietanie tylko jest kwaśne mleko lub kefir ,więc spróbuj a napewno się uda. POZDRAWIAM.
