Z tego co zrozumiałam z przepisu, efekt końcowy jest w postaci raczej sosu, czy tak?
Moim zdaniem tytul przepisu jest wiec mylący, powinno być coś à la "sos z zielonych pomidorów".
Klasyczny przepis na smażone zielone pomidory, pokazany dokładnie w dobrym filmie pt. "Fried green tomatoes", to nic innego jak pokroić zielone pomidory w plastry i smażyć na patelni tak samo jak kotlety schabowe tzn. umoczywszy je wczesniej w mące, jajku i bułce tartej.
Wychodzi bardzo smaczna przekąska lub warzywko do drugiego dania. Próbowałam więc mogę polecić.

Jarzebinko - a mogłabyś tak dokładniej przepis na te smażone pomidory podać? Próbowałam, ale nie wychodzi!!!
