Ingredients:

60 dkg filetów z mintaja
3 jajka
mąka
tarta bułka
sól
olej do smażenia

MARYNATA

1 duża cebula
120do150 ml. octu
4 liście laurowe
1łyżeczka cukru
7 ziaren ziela angielskiego
pieprz
przyprawa do zup (maggi)

Prepare instructions:

Filety z mintaja pokroić na mniejsze kawałki i opruszyć delikatnie solą.
Obtoczyć najpierw w mące następnie w jajku,a na koniec w bułce tartej.Usmażyć z obu stron na złoty kolor.

Zrobić marynatę:cebulę pokroić w plasterki i włożyć do gorącej wody przyprawionej solą i cukrem. Dodać ziele angielskie i liście laurowe zagotować.Gdy cebula zmięknie wyjąć ją łyżką cedzakową i ułożyć na usmażonych rybach,a do wywaru dodać ocet.Przyprawić do smaku pieprzemi ewentualnie wlać nieco przyprawy do zup .Zagotować, OSTUDZIĆ,i polać ryby.Przykryć i wstawić do lodówki na noc.Podawać z chlebem.

Rybka opiekana jest bardzo smaczna ale dopiero po 2-3 dniach. Zabieram sie do roboty wigilia tuż tuż. Polecam
