czy ryż i kaszę manną łączę ugotowane czy surowe z pozostałymi skłądnikami, na ile osob czy ile porcji wychodzi potrawy z tych składników, bo wygląda na porcję całkiem konkretną a chciałabym to zrobić na imieniny i nie wiem czy zwiększać proporcje czy z tego juz niezła ilość wyjdzie. Pozdrawiam
