Kruche ciasto jesienne

Very easy

Ingredients:

40 dag (2 szklanki) maki
20 dag masla lub margaryny
10 dag (5 lyzek) cukru
1/2 lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
     2 lyzki gestej smietany lub kwasnego mleka
     3 zoltka
      1 opakowanie cukru waniliowego lub esencja wanil.
   1 1/2 kg owocow (jablek,sliwek,brzoskwin lub moreli)
    cukier puder do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Make przesiac na stolnice,wymieszac z proszkiem do pieczenia,posiekac z cukrem,tluszczem,smietana ,wanilia i zoltkami.
Zagniesc ciasto i wlozyc do lodowki aby sie schlodzilo.
Owoce umyc obrac jablka lub wydrylowac sliwki lub brzoskwinie i przeciac na pol.Ciasto rozwalkowac ulozyc na blache, (uwaga!)
nakluc widelcem rozlozone ciasto aby wyroslo.Ulozyc owoce na ciescie (sliwki skorka do ciasta lub jablka zetrzec)
Piec w goracym piekarniku 30 minut
Kiedy ciasto sie zrumieni na zloty kolor wyjac z piekarnika,a kiedy wystygnie posypac cukrem pudrem.

Ciasto rewelacja, hit sezonu. Jak Babcine z dzieciństwa. Dodaję tylko kruszonkę.

Moja rodzinka tez uwielbia to ciasto,a jest tak banalnie proste ze juz robie je na pamiec.
Ciesze sie ze Ci smakowalo.

Ostatnio w ramach eksperymentu posypalam na wierzch kruszonka:

2 szkl. maki

1/2 kostki chlodnego, roztopionego masla

1/2 szkl. cukru wszystko zmiksowac i wylozyc na sliwki

Byl to dobry pomysl bo ciasto jest jeszcze smaczniejsze.
