Zrobiłam ten boczek z okazji moich urodzin. Niestety w trakcie mielenia zepsuła mi się maszynka do mięsa, więc boczek był w większości pokrojony w kostkę, ale i tak smakował! dziękuję bardzo za przepis, pozdrawiam:-)

Tak to jest ptysioch,jak się chce żeby wyszło  dobrze to zawsze coś nie tak,ale ważne że efekt końcowy był,no i że smakowało.Ja także Ciebie POZDRAWIAM.
