cebulkowy schab

Ingredients:

16-18 (małych)plastów schabu bez kości

1kg cebuli

2 jajka

mąka (do panierki)

pieprz

smalec

pół kostki rosołowej

1 łyżka stołowa koncentratu pomidorowego

Szklanka gorącej wody

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowujemy kotlety schabowe: rozbijamy, moczymy w jajku z pieprzem i obtaczamy w mące. Smażymy na smalcu.

Kroimy cebulę na piórka i podsmażamy na złoto.

Do naczynia żaroodpornego wkladamy pierwszą warstwę usmażonego schabu i przykrywamy podsamżoną cebulką. Czynność tą wykonujemy aż wypełnimy całe naczynie i na górze znajdzie się ostatnia warstwa cebuli.

Zalewa:

Szklanka gorącej wody, dodajemy do niej pół kostki rosołowej i przecer pomidorowy. Po dokładnym wymieszaniu zalewamy przygotowany wczesniej przekładaniec. Przykrywamy i wkladamy do rozgrzanego piekarnika (190 stopni ) na ok 50 minut.

Schab rozpływa się w ustach, można jeść na ciepło i na zimno. REWELACJA :D
