Ingredients:

- 75g orzechow laskowych
- 75g migdalow
- 100g czarnej czekolady(twardej)
- 150g margaryny lub masla
- 2dl cukru(ok. 200g)
- 1dl miodu plynnego(ok. 100g)
-1 srednie jajko
- 2 lyzeczki startej skorki z pomaranczy
- 1 lyzka cukru waniliowego
- 6dl maki pszennej (ok.300g)
- 2 lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia

Prepare instructions:

Pokroic orzechy , migdaly i czekolade dosc grubo i zmieszac razem.
Cukier,maslo i miod rozetrzec na miekka mase,do masy dodac po kolei mieszajac,- jajko,- make,- cukier waniliowy i proszek do pieczenia. Na koniec do masy dodac orzechy, migdaly, czekolade i dobrze wyrobic.
Podzielic ciasto na 6 czesci, uformowac rulony, polozyc na blache i lekko splaszczyc. Piec w 180-200`C ok. 15 min..
Po upieczeniu wystudzic ok. 10 min. i pokroic na suchareczki b. ostrym nozem, obrocic na druga strone i podpiec jeszcze ok.10 min.. Podawac do cherbaty lub kawy. Smacznego!!!

Ciasteczka rewelacyjne !!! Dzieci się nimi zajadają :) nie wspominając o dorosłych ... do kawy pychota. Robię też z samymi migdalami tylko zwiekszając ich ilość do ok 200 g. Będą obowiązkowo na sylwestrowej imprezie :)
