To co Ty proponujesz to sa bifteki albo jak kto woli soutzoukakia, uwielbiam je.Za rogiem mam grecka knajpe, ktora czesto odwiedzam ! Probowalam tez je sama zrobic, ale ciagle mi czegos brakuje.

to jest kebabczeta. Souvlaki to szaszłyki. Ale to też jest bardzo dobre!

w rejonie Grecji w którym byłam souvlaki byly robione ze sporych kawałków schabu podawanych w formie szaszlyków, ale może po prostu są różne odmiany ;) przywiozłam do domu mieszankę przypraw właśnie do nich i w sumie różne rodzaje mięs nią doprawione smakuje jak greckie souvlaki więc chyba w tym tkwi sekret ;-) ps ta wegeta mnie jakoś troszkę zabolała.
