Cóż, ten pan urodził się w 1935 roku, gotuje od wieku około 16 lat, od 1956-58 był kucharzem 3 najwyższych urzędników państwowych, w tym Charlesa de'Gaulle'a. Ciężko będzie mu dorównać :)

Ale luzowanie kurczaka według jego sposobu jest fantastycznie proste, ja robiłem to pierwszy raz w życiu i się nieźle udało, tylk trzeba mieć bardzo ostry mały nóż

no nie wiem czy bym potrafiła zrobic jak ten pan na you tube.Ciach ,ciach i kurczaczek kosci nie ma.
