Witam serdecznie,

Dzis byla moja druga proba zrobienia majonezu ale niestety kolejna nieudana. O ile za pierwszym razem wrzucilem wszystko na raz, wiec wiem, ze to moj blad, o tyle za drugim razem bylo mi po prostu przykro ;) 

Zrobilem wszystko po kolei. Nie wiem co jest nie tak... Moze sęk tkwi w jakości produktów?
Użyłem:
Jajko, olej, musztarda z biedronki (nie ukrywam, że najtańsze egzemplarze),
Ocet winny Kamis.

Próbowałem "ratować" z żółtkiem i musztardą, ale nic z tego. Smak jest w miarę OK, ale konsystencja daleka od gęstej.
