Ja z kolei (jako ze brzoskwinie z natury sa slodkie i... tyle), postanowilem wzbogacic doznania o male conieco i ponad sol, pieprz i slodka papryke dodalem rowniez troche platkow chili. Dzieki temu smak nie jest tak monotonny i potrafi calkiem fajnie zaintrygowac swoja kilkuwaarstwowa wyrazistoscia.

Wszystko podalem z pelnoziarnistym makaronem i posypalem suszonym koperkiem (swiezy w moim odczuciu bylby zbyt nachalny, suszony zas ladnie sie skomponowal z sosem).

Nastepnym razem sprobuje dodac do sosu troche swiezego imbiru:)
