Witam wszystkich :] Ja zrobiłem te placki w troche inny sposób ( studencki gdyz jestem studentem ) 0.5 kg mąki przennej, 3 jajka całe, kefir 450ml, cukier waniliowy 1 łyzeczka, cynamon mielony 1 łyzeczka, 3 jabłka kwaśne niezadrobno posiekane, szczypte soli, troche mleka 3,2%. Placki byly bardzo dobre (moge zaświadczyc o tym ja i dwoje moich znajomych Paweł i Kasia) poza tym są bardzo sycące a ja kurcze będę musiał im teraz co jakiś czas je robić tak im posmakowaly.
P.S. to wielkie lenie i przychodza odrazu na gotowe żarcie :]
