No chyba raczej za krótko je moczyłam :( raptem chyba ze 3 godz a to chyba za krótko co? Ale w smaku są ok bvardzo dobre i nawet chrupiące mimo sflaczałego wyglądu ( choć nie wszystkie sa takie pomarszczone) - widocznie w sklepie mieli pomieszane stare ze świeżymi. No napewno za długo nie pasteryzowałam - bo słoik na spróbe zostawiłam bez gotowania.

Witam! Przepisu na taką właśnie zalewę szukałam już od bardzo dawna i się udało w końcu trafić na coś co mi odpowiada. Ogóreczki zrobiłam zgodnie z przepisem - ogólnie są bardzo dobre - tylko ogórki chyba do bani bo jakieś takie pomarszczone wyszły i nie wiem czemu.
