Moja przyszla tesciowa ( Turczynka ) robi dolme bez miesa i wychodzi jej znakomita. Do  surowego ryzu dodaje pokrojone w kosteczke pomidory ( bez skorki ) pieprz , sol , oliwe . Smakuje to rownie dobrze jak i z miesem mielonym  :)
