Hmm, moja Babcia pochodzila z regionu Tomaszowa Lubelskiego i robila przepyszne krezalki!!!  Przepis praktycznie taki sam; sol, kilka zabkow czosnku i oczywiscie koper (bez buraka czerwonego) Co do kiszenia? kapusta nie ma byc wcale ukiszona... 5 dni w kuchni i sa wtedy najlepsze, nigdy nie slyszalem o 10-11 dniach kiszenia. Po 5-u dniach, kroila w plastry i obowiazkowo polewala olejem rzepakowym takim ciemnym kupowanym na targu  i posypywala pieprzem (oliwa z oliwek tez jest dobra)  Palce lizac!!!! Chociaz mieszkam juz od dawna w USA to juz 2 razy robilem i wyszly praktycznie takie same, Pozdrawiam
