To nie jest zaden bigos ten przepis co podales.W Szwecji tez jest bigos z kapusty ale podaje sie go tylko w Swieta Bozego Narodzenia i nie ma duzo wspolnego ze smakiem polskiego bigosu.
Ten przepis co napisales to poprostu "Pytt i panna" a wiec siekanka z miesa i kartofli. Ja wiem ze ziemniaki powinny byc juz ugotowane a mieso upieczone lub tez ugotowane.Z reguly sa to resztki z obiadu ktore sie odsmaza w dniu nastepnym.
To wszystko juz na zimno kroimy w kostke i smazymy z cebula.Do tego dodaje sie smazone jajko w calosci,nie ubijane i plasterki burakow w occie.
