Jako nowicjusz zrobilem na poczatek 4 sloiczki - oczywiscie juz ich nie ma a dzisiaj kupilem 6kg ogorkow i sloiczkow wyszlo troche wiecej.
Nie obieram ogórków tylko myję i kroje w plastry lub kostke(te wieksze) - posyspuje solą w garnku, przykrywam pokrywką i wstrząsam zeby sól sie wymieszała - potem odlewam soki. W mniejszym słoiczku przygotowuję olej z czosnkiem i chili (oczywiście 2-3 łyżeczki wystarczają :))), po wymieszaniu polewam ogórki i wstrząsam garnkiem tak jak z solą - wtedy wszystko sie dobrze miesza.
Dalej juz wiadomo - pychotka:)))
