proponuję dodać zabek czosnku pokrojony w plasterki na sam koniec gotowania oraz dużo posiekanego koperku; sama też tak robię ta zupkę i jest super;

zamiast kremu z mleka - polecam bardzo szybką wersję - nutella lub dowolny krem orzechowo- czekoladowy;
z doświadczenia - najlepszy jest dżem z czarnej pożeczki!

żeby udała się karpatka - najważniejsza jest temperatura pieczenia - po kilku próbach doszłam do tego,że piec ustawiam na 220 do nagrzania a po włożeniu ciasta zmniejszam do 180; ciasta ptysiowe muszą być pieczone w bardzo wysokiej temperaturze!!
