Zrobilam szarlotke wedlug Twoich proporcji biorac 4 1/2 szklanki maki i dwie lyzki kwasnej smietany dodatkowo. Nie ubijalam jaj lecz dodalam je "jak leci" do ciasta. Ciasto krotko wyrobilam, schlodzilam, rozlozylam. Spod podpieklam. Na to jablka i kratka z ciasta oraz na koniec lukier: Cukier puder+sok z cytryny +cynamon. Nawet z tymi niewielkimi zmianami wyszla pyszna szarlotka . Dziekuje. Pieklam 20 minut gora -  dol w 200°C. Polecam ciasto ma proporcje i konsystencje akurat taka jaka poinna byc.
