Obgotowanego rabarbaru nie zalewa sie woda, musi byc gesty - jak najbardziej nadaje sie do ciasta, do drozdzowego albo na "rabarbarowa szarlotke", tylko trzeba pamietac by przed uzyciem np. doslodzic do smaku /jak ktos woli slodkie/
