Z czego ma być ubita piana? Zazwyczaj ubijam do gofrów pianę z białek, ale w tym przepisie są tylko żółtka. Czy kwaśne mleko może być zastąpione maślanką albo kefirem?

W przepisie ewidentnie brakowało w składnikach białek - uzupełniłam.
