Zupa kalafiorowa dla kazdego

Ingredients:

1 sredni kalafior
pol plaskiej lyzeczki curry (lub mniej)
1-1,5 lyzki smietany
koperek
rosolek w kostce np.

Prepare instructions:

Kalafior umyc i podzielic na czesci.
Wlozyc do garnka, zalac zimna woda i gotowac. Dodac kostke rosolowa.
Gdy kalafior bedzie miekki wybrac kilka kwiatkow i odlozyc na talerz. Reszte zmiksowac. Doprawic curry i smietana. Mozna dodac koperek, ale to wg uznania.
Na talerze nalac zupy i dodac odlozone kawalki kalafiora.
Smacznego.
