240g mąki

50g kakao

100g woda

pół szczypty soli

0,005 dkg proszku do pieczenia

MASA:

200g śmietany 36%

50g glukozy (syrop ziemniaczany)

366g czekolady

50g masła

167g whisky

Prepare instructions:

Tort o średnicy 26 cm

Cukier ubić z margaryną dodać jajka.Mąkę kakao+ sól połączyć + proszek do pieczenia na koniec dodać wodę. Połączyć. Piec w temperaturze 180C przez 35-40 minut.

Masa:

Śmietanę+ glukoza+ czekolada+masło zagotować. Ostudzić ubić na puszek i dodać whisky

0,005 dkg proszku do pieczenia - a tak konkretnie to ile dokladnie ?

100g wody - od kiedy wode wazymy?nie mogles tego podac w ml tylko w gramach ?
