Bardzo smaczne i delikatne. Piekłam dużo krócej, bo razem ok. 1 1/2 godz. i nie dusiłam już mięsa w sosie, bo nie lubię przesadzać z długością duszenia. Jak jest miękkie to jest gotowe. Tak więc, jeśli ktoś skusi się na to danie, a warto, polecam skrócić całkowity czas pieczenia, a po dodaniu papryki i cebuli piec bez przykrycia. Ja tak zrobiłam
