Szczerze mówiąc...nie pamiętam!  
Hmm..zdaje się, że w akademiku robiłysmy ją tak samo jak np. do kopytek /knedli/ paluchów - bułka tarta na maśle. Nie wiem, jak to się "fachowo nazywa".
