Sernik na zimno - najprościej i najtaniej

Ingredients:

3 serki homogenizowane waniliowe
szklanka mleka
2 - 3 galaretki
cukier waniliowy
owoce z puszki lub sezonowe
biszkopty lub ciasteczka
aromat

Prepare instructions:

serki z mlekiem i 1 (lub 2 jeżeli trzeba) galaretką np. cytrynową (już rozpuszczoną ale pomiejsz proporcje wody o połowę) wymieszać, dodać do smaku aromat - zapach wg upodobań tu dałam pomarańczowy. Dodałam też cukier waniliowy.
okrągłą tortownice (ok. 23-25 średnicy) wyłożyć biszkoptami (tu z braku biszkoptów wyłożyłam jakimiś ciasteczkami - też wyszło). Biszkopty można nasączyć alkoholem, np. rumem.
Masę serową wyłożyć na tortownicę, włożyć do lodówki na ok 2 godz.

Następnie rozpuścić kolejną galaretkę np. truskawkową, wiśniową, porzeczkową (najlepiej o zcerwonym kolorze).
Wyłożyć owoce na masę serową (z puszki lub jalieś sezonowe) i zalać galaretką, znowu wstawić do lodówki do wystygnięcia.
Wersję można wzbogacić dodając owoce z puszki do masy sernikowej o świerzymi owocami można przybrać sernik.

chciałabym zrobic ten sernik a czy on nie jest za rzadki z tym mlekiem czy nie trzeba dac zelatyny.

właśnie to zależy ile dodać galaretki, ja zawsze robię na oko i daje mało wody do galaretek i zawsze się ścina
