Przekładaniec miodowy z masą serową

Ingredients:

CIASTO:

3 szkl. mąki
szkl. cukru
2-3 jaja
3-4 łyzki miodu
10 dag margaryny
łyzeczka sody(rozpuszczona w odrobinie mleka)

MASA SEROWA:

1 kg białego sera
15 dag masła lub margaryny
2 jaja
szkl. cukru pudru
1 cukier waniliowy
3/4 torebki budyniu śmietankowego

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO:
Miód z cukrem i margaryną roztopić,wystudzić.Do wystudzonej masy wsypać mąkę,dodać sodę(rozpuszczoną w mleku)i wbic jaja.Zagnieść ciasto.
Podzielic je na 3 części.Rozwałkować na wielkość blachy i osobno upiec każdy placek w piekarniku.

MASA SEROWA:
Stopić tłuszcz przeznaczony na masę,dodać ser 2-krotnie zmielony,cukier,budyń w proszku i jaja,cukier waniliowy.Starannie wymieszać i gotować na małym ogniu 10 min.cały czas mieszając.

Ostudzoną masą przełożyć placki,przykryć ciasto papierem,lekko obciążyć,odstawić w chłodne miejscena 12 godz.
Udekorować polewą lub cukrem pudrem.

24x36 ja mam taki piekarnik i uzywam takiej blaszki jeżeli masz mniejszą blaszkę to ciasto wyjdzie grubsze
