Tereniu czy nie za dużo cukru na 1,5 kg gruszek -1 kg cukru .Przepis wypróbuję ale cukier zmniejszę.

W związku z tym, że gruszki powinny być twarde, niedojrzałe, to nie mają w sobie tyle cukru i bez obawy  można dać około 33 dag na 0,5 kg zielonych gruszek.
Ale jeśli gruszki są słodsze, tak dzieje się w przypadku klapsów, czy konferencji, a gruszki są prawie dojrzałe cukier należy zmniejszyć.
