A czemu nie? Jesli chodzi Ci o wino, to alkohol wyparowuje i procentow nie ma. Duzo potraw z miesem podlewam winem, bo dodaje ono smak. Inne skladniki przepisu chyba tez nie maja nic do zarzucenia.Pozdrawiam.
